We all know Jaromir Jagr is ageless. That’s no secret.
He further proved that on Thursday night when the Florida Panthers 44-year-old forward potted his 750th career goal in a 4-2 loss to Washington. It was also his first goal of the season, marking the 23rd year in which he’s scored a goal. He is just the seventh player to do so; joining Gordie Howe, Mark Messier, Dave Andreychuk, Johnny Bucyk, Alex Delvecchio, and Ron Francis in the exclusive group flush with Hall of Famers.
If he scores a goal next season to make it 24, he’ll become just one of three aside Howe and Messier. Howe has the record with goals in 26 different seasons.
